Luxury Hotel Group Drives Demand and Profitability with New RMS

S Hotels have turned to IDeaS, a SAS company, the world’s leading hotel revenue management software and services provider, to enhance profitability across three key properties in Thailand.

Santiburi Koh Samui, SAii Phi Phi Island Village, SAii Laguna Phuket – will see the implementation of IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) to obtain higher forecast accuracy, improved daily pricing optimisation by room type, and automated common pricing tasks, allowing the group’s revenue team to focus on revenue strategy.

IDeaS G3 RMS will help the hotel group drive higher retail demand and increased profitability. Coupled with a detailed digital marketing strategy, S Hotels anticipates double revenue from its booking channels in the upcoming year compared with pre-pandemic levels with the new approach to revenue management.
