Spring High Tea

The Chandelier Lounge is celebrating the floral season with a beautiful High Tea by Cordis with TWG, the perfect spring get together with the girls or a romantic date.
Savoury delights include kingfish ceviche with green tomato, kiwi and seaweed, cured venison with pistachio, lemon honey and kawakawa rice chips, roasted and pickled asparagus with goat curd, grapefruit and almond shavings and sweet pea panna cotta with black garlic puree.
For sweet tooths, there's a delectable orange blossom mousse with tangelos marmalade and orange flourless cake on lemon sable, a strawberry tart layer of strawberry coulis, mousse, vanilla Chantilly and fresh strawberry, a hazelnut financier with caramelized hazelnut and salted caramel chocolate cremeux and a green tea éclair with caramelized pineapple and soy crisps.
Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience, along with a delicious vanilla spring welcome mocktail. The signature scone for spring is lemon.
Guests can choose from a premium range of exclusive teas is available from luxury tea brand TWG or add a sparkle their celebration with a glass of Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne.
Barbie High Tea

Back by popular demand, the Chandelier Lounge at Cordis Auckland will be hosting a fantasy-filled Barbie Dreamtopia High Tea by Cordis from 1 – 16 October 2022. Tempting treats include fluffy pink strawberry scones, a pink coconut tapioca verrine dressed with edible pearls, strawberry tartlets, and ham croissants. Children will receive their very own Barbie to take home and adults enjoy a delicious Kir Royale welcome drink.

Oktoberfest

Frohe Oktoberfest!
Eight is joining the festival fun as they celebrate Oktoberfest this year with delicious Bavarian cuisine and German weissbier (wheat beer).
Guests can indulge in all the traditional favourites including cheese spätzle with fried onions, traditional Munich weisswurst (white sausage), braised pork on sauerkraut and authentic German sauerbraten (marinated pot roast). To complete the experience, there will be an array of desserts including kaiserschmarrn with apple sauce (fried caramelised pancake pieces), apple strudel with vanilla sauce and rote grütze (red berry pudding).
The team at Eight will also be getting into the mood with Bavarian style folk music and decorations.
Halloween

It’s spooky season! Enjoy a twist to favourite Eight kitchens this Halloween with special themed dishes and décor at dinner.
It will be love at first bite with Eight’s one day only Halloween menu. Their creepy food creations may give a fright, but they promise delicious entertainment. Enjoy food items such as witches blood marinated beetroot salad, pumpkin devilled eggs, monster sushi rolls, graveyard pork with enchilada dip, devils risotto with hell sausages and vampire naan.
The team of fun-loving Chefs are inviting guests to get into the spooky spirit and come dressed in their scariest Halloween costume to receive a complimentary glass of their secret ‘magic potion’.

Halloween Cocktail

Trick or treat?
Our Land is Alive is prepared for the spooky season this year with their ‘Black Widow’ cocktail, a delicious mix of cranberry juice and black collar vodka, with a lychee eyeball garnish.
The bar will also be decked out with Halloween themed décor, taking it from your friendly neighbourhood bar in the city to a spooky place to hang out this Halloween – no garlic allowed!
Available Saturday 29 October and Sunday 30 October from 12pm till late, $18 per cocktail.

The festive season is fast approaching, and the team at Our Land is Alive's bar have a special cocktail available called the ‘Kukamo Fizz’, a sweet combination of Lighthouse Gin, Sparking champagne, strawberry puree and cucumber.
