Warm Up with a High Tea

Cordis Hotel has launched a new Winter High Tea service, inspired by seasonal flavours, and with an offering of cakes and deserts.

The Winter High Tea service has been designed to offer guests a Winter experience. Three-tiered trays are used for the service, and the Chandelier Lounge makes for the perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy the occasion.

The menu is a combination of savoury options like teriyaki-cured salmon and winter’s slaw on walnut cracker, parsnip panna cotta, pear chutney with hazelnuts and little doughnuts filled with little surprises of goat’s cream cheese and truffle dust. A chestnut and blackcurrant Mont Blanc tart and bittersweet chocolate with cherry mousse cater for those who need something sweet. 

The Winter High Tea is available for two sessions a day from Monday to Friday, and three sessions during the weekend. The Price ranges from $65 to $79 per adult, and $38 to $48 per child under 12 years of age.

To add ambience to the occasion, a pianist and harpist are on hand to provide background music during weekend sessions.
