Following an illustrious career and industry experience honing her skills, Trương Ngọc Thùy Anh has started a new chapter as General Manager.
Born and raised in the coastal city of Nha Trang, Thùy Anh has built an impressive career of nearly two decades in the hospitality industry.
She has been closely associated with Novotel Nha Trang for nearly 16 years, progressing through key leadership roles, and was most recently Executive Assistant Manager, where she directly oversaw hotel operations, commercial strategy, and performance efficiency.
Thùy Anh began her hospitality career at Vinpearl Resort & Spa, followed by senior roles at Diamond Bay Resort & Spa and Amiana Resort & Spa. Since joining Novotel Nha Trang in 2008, her journey has demonstrated not only dedication and resilience but also outstanding leadership and strategic vision.
Thùy Anh’s skills focus on several areas of hotel operation management, including leading effective revenue and branding strategies, managing multifunctional teams with a collaborative and creative leadership style, negotiating and building strong partnerships with international clients, and optimising hotel operations while ensuring service quality aligned with Accor standards.
In addition to her professional achievements, Anh successfully completed her MBA at SWISS UMEF, Switzerland, specialising in Business Management.
