The integration has allowed eligible PMCs and vacation rental managers using eviivo to distribute their listings, rates and more to the premium home rental platform directly from within eviivo Suite, reaching a global audience of more than 300 million Marriott Bonvoy members.
Launched in 2019, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy is a curated, growing collection of premium and luxury home rentals in sought-after destinations. Backed by Marriott International, the platform works only with carefully vetted PMC’s to ensure its homes are professionally managed and meet Marriott International’s standards.
It is also the only home rental offering that is part of the award-winning Marriott Bonvoy travel loyalty program, enabling millions of members to earn and redeem points for home rental and hotel bookings, hotel upgrades, VIP experiences and more.
Through the integration and eviivo’s deep OTA connectivity, PMCs can manage their Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy listings, content, rates, availability, charges/fees, policies, and bookings with eviivo’s Channel Manager alongside their other channels, enabling central distribution management rather than across multiple systems.
Combined with eviivo's all-in-one property management system (PMS), this integration gives STR managers and PMCs a more connected way to benefit from Marriott's hospitality excellence, gaining access to training, expertise and brand guidance designed to support and elevate the guest experience.
