Furnz Group Delivers Luxury At VOMO Island

Furnz Group Delivers Luxury At VOMO Island

Furnz Group delivered the full project from concept design through to on-site completion at VOMO Island Resort, Fiji.

The project encompassed the design, manufacture, procurement, and delivery of all FF&E across the resort’s new bar, breakfast room, and commercial kitchen, as well as accommodation and public areas throughout.

The team designed custom furniture, joinery, and decorative lighting in-house and manufactured them through a close network of specialist suppliers, coordinating international manufacturing partners, logistics, and on-site installation.

Every element was carefully considered for durability, comfort, and performance, ensuring a refined, seamless guest experience.

With a deep understanding of tropical resort living and an eye for considered, relaxed luxury, every element of the Vomo Island Resort fitout was thoughtfully designed and curated to reflect the natural beauty of its Fijian surroundings.

From the warmth of custom-crafted furniture and joinery to the glow of bespoke decorative lighting, each piece was developed in close collaboration with trusted supplier partners, ensuring the outcome felt cohesive, purposeful, and genuinely connected to its place.

The result is a resort fitout that not only meets the exacting standards of a luxury island accommodation offering, but also delivers the warm, effortless guest experience Vomo Island is celebrated for.

Euan Armstrong, Director of Furnz Group, said that after more than 25 years working across New Zealand and the Pacific, they knew that successful island delivery depended on planning every stage together.

"At Vomo, we managed manufacturing, procurement, freight, and installation as one programme, with our team working closely with suppliers, freight partners, the resort, and site contractors," he said.

"Our longstanding supplier relationships and detailed project planning allowed us to manage quality, lead times and delivery requirements throughout the project."

The scope included custom furniture, joinery, decorative lighting and FF&E across the guest villas and public spaces, as well as the new bar, breakfast room, and commercial kitchen and Furnz Group's involvement continued through on-site installation to ensure the completed fitout remained true to the design intent and was operationally ready.
