TRYP Fortitude Valley Hotel, Brisbane, one of the city’s street art hotels, has been ranked the Queensland capital’s best and one of Australia’s top 25 hotels for service in TripAdvisor’s 2016 Traveler’s Choice Awards.
Decorated by acclaimed artists, the 65-room boutique hotel opened in 2014 and has a four-and-a-half star rating on TripAdvisor, with 72 per cent of reviewers rating their stay “excellent”.
TRYP Fortitude Valley was the only Brisbane property in the top 25 Australian hotels for service in the Travelers’ Choice Awards.
Recent reviews on the advisory service’s website highlighted the service from staff, the hotel’s design and artwork, the cleanliness of rooms and its proximity to the best attractions in Fortitude Valley.
TRYP Fortitude Valley Sales and Marketing Executive, Jessica Wulf, said recognition from TripAdvisor is particularly welcome considering its basis is guest opinion.
“TRYP by Wyndham’s culture is about helping our guests feel like they ‘own the city’ while they are here, which involves sharing inside knowledge about our city with them and recommending the best experiences,” Wulf said.
“We want our guests to feel like Brisbane is their second home. Making this particular TripAdvisor list is a clear indication we are achieving this unique service culture and our guests appreciate our hard work.”
TRYP Fortitude Valley is located on Constance Street in Fortitude Valley and, to date, is the only TRYP by Wyndham Hotel in Australia.
