HERITAGE AUCKLAND CONFERENCE SALES APPOINTMENT

Heritage Auckland has welcomed Georgina Spiers to the role of conference sales for the hotel.

She is based at the Heritage Auckland conference office focusing on domestic conferences and events.

Spiers has a decade of hospitality industry experience, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Most recently she was working in the UK as sales office manager for a Brighton based wedding and events company.

She has a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Lincoln University, Canterbury.

“I am excited about the new role. Heritage Auckland has outstanding conference facilities with a big range of conference rooms and the roof-top Grand Tearoom is a dream venue for gala dinners and special events,” said Spiers.

The Heritage Auckland has well-appointed hotel rooms and self-contained suites, signature restaurant Hector’s and lobby café bar, plus extensive conference facilities catering for up to 300 people for a banquet and 400 for cocktails.

The hotel is noted for its roof top Deco Grand Tearoom and range of facilities including a roof top swimming pool, two health clubs and an on-site tennis court.
