Dean Humphries, one of New Zealand’s leading hotel advisors has recently been recognised as the country’s top Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the Year by Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
This is the first time a salesperson that specialises solely in the divestment of tourism assets has won this coveted prize.
In the year ending 31 March 2016, Humphries successfully brokered 11 hotel transactions with a combined value of over $325 million.
