ACCOR LAUNCHES NEW BRAND FOR MILENNIALS

Accor Hotels have premiered their new brand JO&JOE in a Paris launch, revealing a carefully constructed response to the increasing demands of millennial travellers.
JO&JOE aims to blend the best of private rental, hostel, and hotel formats, in an effort that Sebastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of AccorHotels, claims will bring “a breath of fresh air” to the chain.
JO&JOE venues will premier innovative new sector ideas in both dining and accommodation. In catering, venues will offer a social bar, a local and affordable craft cuisine menu, and a collaborative kitchen for those with a tight budget.
In accommodation, all locations have hostel-like quarters, as well as private rooms and apartments. However, travellers can also opt for the OOO! (Out of the Ordinary Experience), which offers unique accommodation for groups of up to six people.
Guests can spend the night in yurts, hammocks, or caravans, allowing for a truly unique travelling experience.
JO&JOE aims to open 50 new central-city locations by 2020, in destinations as diverse as Paris, Bordeaux, Warsaw, Budapest, Rio, and Sao Paulo.
