AccorHotels have announced that they will open a new-build hotel under their Sebel brand in 2017. The hotel, already under construction in Manukau, will be in the centre of the Manukau commercial district. The hotel will have 152 rooms over six floors and will also boast a conference space, gymnasium and a restaurant.
“This is a strategic and exciting new development for Auckland, and we are delighted to be partnering with Rayland Enterprises to provide high-quality, international standard accommodation for south Auckland,” said Simon McGrath, Chief Operating Officer of AccorHotels Pacific.
The new development will be the fourth hotel in New Zealand to operate under the Sebel brand, with two locations in Auckland and another in Lower Hutt also under construction.
