Novotel Brisbane has unveiled their latest foray into urban dining with the opening of GourmetBar. GourmetBar is the latest in the four and a half star inner-city hotel’s transformation development.
“We are very excited to unveil Novotel’s new eat/bar experience in Brisbane for an informal yet lively experience, backed by our must-try, on trend drinks list and ‘eat simple’ food philosophy,” said venue manager Alisha Brennan. “Our menu takes its inspiration from global themes with a unique twist on the classics.”
The kitchen, headed by Simone Zechner and Boris Vilier, will cater to all dining needs and meal periods, while a dedicated team of mixologists will front the bar.
