Pullman Auckland has become the official venue sponsor of the Auckland Blues for the 2018 Super Rugby season. The team at Pullman Auckland will support the Blues during the 2018 Investec Super Rugby New Zealand season, starting with the match against the Chiefs at Eden Park.

Pullman Auckland is renowned for hosting sports groups including The British & Irish Lions, New Zealand Black Caps and New Zealand Cricket, further demonstrating their commitment to the world of sports. In their 20-year history, the Blues have produced some of New Zealand’s top rugby stars such as Michael Jones, Carlos Spencer, Kevin Mealamu and Jerome Kaino.
The Blues recently celebrated some remarkable moments, the highlight being their excellent win against the British & Irish Lions in June last year. Pre-season kicked off earlier this month when the Blues became the Brisbane Tens 2018 champions by beating the Hurricanes in the final.
