DoubleTree by Hilton has opened its first hotel in Wellington.
Located on Lambton Quay, the art-deco inspired hotel will be within walking distance of the vibrant cafes, the parliamentary precinct, entertainment venues and Te Papa Museum.
The 106-room hotel will be managed by Hilton, under a franchise agreement with Sarin Investments.
Operating in the historic T&G building which dates back to 1928, the hotel will incorporate components of the building’s rich history, including Chicago-style architectural elements and fine art deco interiors. With 106 guest rooms, including 14 stylish spacious suites.
