Australian developer, BPM has sold its 241-room Melbourne hotel project to InterGlobe.
The property which previously was granted Development Approval has been acquired by the international investment fund and will be managed by TFE hotels under the Quincy brand.
Since acquiring the 350 square metre site back in in 2016, BPM submitted multiple designs before deciding on a 30-floor, 241-room building.
