A Hawke’s Bay property with potential for conversion into a boutique hotel is up for sale.
The building has housed the Hastings Health Centre for 15 years, but the team of more than 50 doctors and other medical staff are moving their operations to a new $20 million premises.
The art-deco style building sits on a 2,500 square metre section and is being sold by Bayleys Havelock North.
Salesperson Rollo Vavasour said the property has three possible uses, but “topping the list is the prospect for reformatting the interior into a boutique four-star-rated hotel accommodation.”
