TripAdvisor has revealed the ‘Most Excellent’ hotel chains in the world. For eight years, TripAdvisor has been awarding accommodation properties and other travel businesses with a Certificate of Excellence if they consistently achieve high reviews on the platform.
Worldwide, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is the large hotel chain with the most Certificates of Excellence, followed by Hyatt Hotels and Hilton Worldwide. In the medium size range, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts came first, followed by Drury Hotels and The Indian Hotels Company.
“The Certificate of Excellence is widely recognised by travellers as an indicator for consistent, high-quality service and experience, a recognition you will find proudly displayed in hotels all around the world,” said Grant Colquhoun, spokesperson for the Asia Pacific, TripAdvisor.
“For the first time ever, TripAdvisor is shining a light on chains that have received the most Certificate of Excellence this year. Congratulations to all these excellent brands for this tremendous achievement.”
