Hamilton City Holiday Park is on the market again. It is being sold for $5.4 million, more than double the $2.185 Hamilton City Council sold the property for in 2013.
Hamilton City Holiday Park is the city’s only holiday park. The park’s lease ends in September 2022, but Lugton's real estate said the lease is negotiable.
