Swiss-Belhotel upskills staff with new e-learning programme

Swiss-Belhotel International has launched a new online training programme to help up-skill the company’s global workforce.

The SBI Academy features a wide range of courses suited to different career levels and departments including front office, food and beverage, finance, housekeeping and revenue management.

The Academy officially launched in August 2018, with 300 hotel members signing up for the programme.

The courses can be taken at the user’s speed, so staff can organise training appropriately around busy work schedules.
