IHG is giving its Kirkton Park property in NSW a full makeover, relaunching it as voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley.

In June 2017, IHG assumed management of the hotel and operated it under the Kirkton Park Hunter Valley name.

The refurbishment will include several visual upgrades as well as the signature voco stamps, with Greg Natale in charge of the boutique hotel's interiors.

The hotel will boast facilities such as a billiards room, indoor heated pool, sauna and spa, gymnasium and tennis courts.

The hotel is just minutes away from the region’s most popular winery and is surrounded by 70 acres of rural surroundings including manicured gardens, a vegetable garden and walking trails.

“The Hunter Valley is famous for local wineries and produce growers. voco is the perfect fit for us to deliver genuine, passionate service every day. Our approach is personalised, friendly and charming and we want to ensure every stay is memorable,” said Penny Crossley, general manager, Kirkton Park Hunter Valley.

“As a hotel, we are connected with the local community, so can offer a truly localised experience as our beautiful country estate serves as the perfect spot to unwind.”

The voco brand launched in June 2018, and three other voco properties have already been announced or opened in Australia.
