The voco brand has already signed four properties in Australia and has now signed its first property in Southeast Asia.
IHG has signed a management agreement with B&G Estate Co., Ltd for a new-build voco hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

voco Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 will open in 2021 offering guests the choice of over 300 rooms.
