The new-build 220-room Travelodge hotel in Adelaide is now for sale. Scheduled to open in 2021, the property is in the middle of Adelaide’s CBD, just 100 metres from the Adelaide Central Market.
As part of the sale, the hotel is being offered with a Hotel Management Agreement already being signed with TFE Hotels to manage a mid-market Travelodge on the site.
