The Lindis Group is building a new luxury villa on Mount Isthmus, opening late 2020.
The property will have four suites, a hot tub, and a movie theatre.
The section includes over 6000 acres of Otago land.
“It will be part of The Lindis Group, and whilst visually very different to Chalet New Zermatt, our Queenstown Luxury Villa, it will have the same service set up,” said William Hudson, group general manager, The Lindis Group.
Tony Butel Design is handling the architecture, construction is being led by Brosnan Construction, and the project is being managed by RCP.
