Most cities in the Trivago Hotel Price Index saw a year-on-year increase in hotel prices this June.
Manilla was the city with the highest increase, with a 58 percent rise in hotel prices compared to June 2018.
Madrid followed closely behind with a 57 percent year-on-year increase.
There was a big drop off to the third largest increase which was Marrakech with its 22 percent increase.
In terms of decreases, Moscow had the biggest price reduction, dropping 58 percent compared to June 2018.
Madrid had the most growth month-on-month across the world, with its hotel prices rising 28 percent from May.
Kuala Lumpur had the sharpest month-on-month increase in hotel prices in the Asia-Pacific, increasing 16 percent over the May month.
Alternatively, Hong Kong was the Asia-Pacific country with the biggest decrease, going down 16 percent from May.
