Hilton Auckland has completed the renovation of its eighth-floor rooms, two months on from the brand's 100th anniversary.

The refurbished Level Eight floor offers views of the surrounding harbour and cityscape, with 21 rooms and suites featuring modern furnishings and new-look interiors.

Adding to the hotel's existing 166 designer-furnished rooms and suites, the new floor showcases six room types, including a hotel-first, the Deluxe Room Plus.

The Level 8 Bow Suite is designed in the shape of a luxury cruise liner, a nod to the Hilton Auckland's waterfront location. The Bow Suite looks out to a 270-degree view of the Hauraki Gulf and the Auckland Harbour Bridge.

"Our new Level 8 rooms and suites extend our commitment to welcoming the world's travellers and delivering exceptional guest experiences," said Hilton Auckland general manager Adrian Teh.

"The unveiling of our top floor reflects Hilton Auckland's ambition to grow with Auckland City as it becomes a desired global destination."

The refurbishment was completed by interior architecture practice Chada, who specialise in the hotel and leisure industries.
