Dubai-based hospitality group JA Resorts & Hotels is set to open two Dubai locations offering modern Middle Eastern cuisine.
Featuring menus by award-winning consultant chef Greg Malouf, two Phoenicia restaurants will open, one in JA Oasis Beach Tower on The Walk, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and the other in JA Beach Hotel at JA The Resort, Jebel Ali.
Greg Malouf is one of Australia's most influential chefs, widely credited with the revival and reinvention of Middle Eastern food. Malouf draws on his classical cooking training in Europe, his travels researching regional dishes, and his Lebanese heritage for inspiration.
Malouf's reputation was forged in his hometown Melbourne at the award-winning O' Connells and MoMO restaurants. In 2012, during his tenure at Petersham Nurseries Cafe in London, the restaurant achieved a second year of Michelin Star status.
