8Hotels has announced the development of its latest hotel in Sydney's CBD.
The Australian luxury boutique brand owns or operates hotels across Australia as well as overseas in Fiji, Indonesia, and France. The latest hotel will be located on the doorstep of the new light rail connecting Kensington to Circular Quay through Surry Hills and Sydney's CBD.

The hotel is designed to cater to the strong demand from the University of South Wales, the National Institute of the Dramatic Arts, Randwick Racecourse, the Prince of Wales Hospital, and the-fast growing commercial and residential neighbourhoods of Kensington and Kingsford.
"With a nod to our latest neighbour, designed to a subtle collegiate theme and mid-20th-century twist, this hotel will encapsulate that time in your life when youth, romance, liberalism, expression, and optimism ruled," said Hotels founder, CEO, and owner Paul Fischmann.
The hotel is expected to open in 2022.
