ULU CLIFFHOUSE LAUNCHES CLUBHOUSE BAR

Bali's Ulu Cliffhouse has launched its in-house Clubhouse Bar.

Located atop the cliffs of Uluwatu, the bar opens daily at sunset, and features a mid-century design scheme. Experimental drinks created by bars from around the globe are featured on the menu, and a portfolio of imported spirits from around the world is on offer.

Thomas Girard from Singapore's Operation Dagger, rated #30 in the World's 50 Best Bars, contributed a number of cocktails to the menu, including The Midnight Express(o), which adds cinnamon to the traditional espresso martini, and the Honol-Ulu, which balances refreshing citrus with smoky notes. The tequila-based Fresca Platina, meanwhile, blends lime and mint with sea salt and cucumber.

A late-night food menu offers bites ranging from salty rustic fries to creamy guacamole or a decadent grilled cheese sandwich.

“A sophisticated crowd kicking back in a stunning setting, a world-class culinary and beverage programme, thrilling music and DJ events - when mixed together, these ingredients make the perfect cocktail of an unforgettable evening," said general manager Daniel Weinberg.

The Clubhouse's internal bar space seats eight, allowing guests to watch as the bar's mixologists craft their creations. Guests can also enjoy drinks al fresco on the outside terrace.

The bar was conceived and designed by M. Group, the leading design-forward development and hospitality group behind Ulu Cliffhouse. With more than 10 years' experience in Asia and an internationally acclaimed portfolio, M.'s vision is to redefine the full potential of extraordinary hospitality and lifestyle, without compromise.
