The use of plants with difficult access sometimes makes a sufficient compressed air supply difficult. For this requirement, mycon has developed the JetBoym which can cope with air volumes from small compressors.
Intensive cleaning without large quantities of water
Cleaning with compressed air is not sufficient to remove the clogged dirt from registers of an air handling unit (HVAC). The use of high-pressure water is also not possible due to the sensitive lamellas and the quantities of dirty water produced.
JetBoy showcases its strength of low water consumption to the fullest. It only requires 0.4m³ of compressed air at 6 bar and 0.1L of water per minute.
Cleaning in detail
The heavy loading was only evident from the impermissibly high differential pressure. The surfaces look relatively clean.
During the first cleaning stage, fibres and dust are already thrown out of the register. By the end of its clean, the discharged contaminants are seen on the floor. Lances are available to extend the reach for hard to reach areas in the HVAC.
mycon offers all prospective customers for JetBoy a "test month" for rent. If the device is subsequently purchased, the rental fee for the test month will be deducted in full form the purchase price.
