The Richmond Inn Re-Opens after Expensive Revamp

Tilly and Wills Group has officially completed a million-dollar renovation of The Richmond Inn.

Located in the centre of Richmond, NSW, the venue is the latest addition to Tilly and Wills' portfolio, which also includes the Buena Vista Hotel and Bistro and The Prince Consort.

Tilly and Wills CEO Nick Wills said he has been keeping an eye out for something special in Richmond, wanting to create something welcoming and unique.

Brad Sloane will be heading the kitchen after working across the group as executive chef.

Sloane was named the NSW Australian Hotels Association Chef of the Year and has designed a menu with all the classics, including a Sunday roast with seasonal vegetables, three types of Parmigiana using local meats and cheese, plus pizza and house-made chicken schnitzel.

Interactive cooking experiences will also be available, with spit roast and smoked meat displays in the venue's spacious outdoor area.
