EVENT Hospitality and Entertainment has announced that Rydges Auckland will be opening its doors again to the public from May 1 after a stylish refurbishment.
The revamped building will feature modern rooms with new furniture, including 50-inch smart televisions and upgraded soft furnishings creating peaceful, pleasant spaces in the heart of Auckland city.
Rydges Auckland’s iconic Rooftop Terrace will be returning to Auckland’s bar and dining scene, looking better than ever with its new makeover. Located on the tenth floor, overlooking the cityscape, viaduct, and bustling streets, the venue boasts the best panoramic views of Auckland and its attractions. The terrace is fitted with plush glass surrounds, making it the perfect backdrop for any special occasion.
The hotel’s signature restaurant and bar, The Cut, will also be making a comeback with its palatable Kiwi cuisines, prime meat cuts, and fresh seafood dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
Located in Auckland’s central business district, Rydges Auckland is just a short stroll away from the Sky Tower, Viaduct Harbour, and central shopping district, making it the perfect accommodation for family adventures and conferences. Rydges Auckland General Manager Vinicius Belotti has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, working across New Zealand’s tourism hotspots of Queenstown and Rotorua for the last four years.
