Island Hospitality Management, a leading third-party management company for select-service and high-end hotels based in the United States, has assumed the Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach operations in Florida on behalf of real estate investment trust company Chatham Lodging Trust.

The 111-room hotel is located just off the highway five minutes away from Silver Sands Premium Outlets, a renowned premier shopping destination in the Florida Panhandle. Surrounded by elite parasailing, golf, and fishing, Hilton Garden Inn Destin Miramar Beach’s guest rooms feature kitchen facilities and balconies overlooking the scenic gulf.
