Accor Adopts New Revolutionary CRS

Global hotel giant Accor has selected D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, a leading hospitality technology provider, as its new Central Reservation System (CRS) for its portfolio of 5,300 hotels worldwide.

The new comprehensive yet easy-to-use system will help Accor’s hotels address new challenges in the hospitality industry. With a fast learning curve, it is open to the entire hotel technology ecosystem and is cloud-based to guarantee maximum agility.

D-EDGE open CRS is currently the only one of its kind to offer direct connectivity to over 550 third parties and distributors around the globe. With its open API and connectivity expertise, E-EDGE will allow Accor to take advantage of all distribution capabilities and recommend its hotels with solutions and distributors tailored to the region, brand or category of service.

“Accor is one of the most disruptive large hotel chains and the first to have decided to adopt a multi-PMS strategy. As the ecosystem and distribution channels evolve, we want to provide our hotels with a future-proof, agile and user-friendly platform,” said Floor Bleeker, Group Chief Technology Officer at Accor. “We trust that the D-EDGE CRS, into which Accor is investing significantly, is the best choice to support their growth and provide them with the necessary agility required to adapt to fast-changing environments.”
