Ayoub Radi as Head Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity

Rotunda Bar and Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square has announced the appointment of Ayoub Radi as Head Bartender.

Working his way around the thriving and innovative bar scenes on the streets of London, Radi learned his trade. For the past four years, he served at the bar at Mei Ume at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square with signature Asian-inspired cocktails and became well-versed in the intricacies of sake, shochu and Japanese whiskeys. 

Radi adopts a "less is more" approach and focuses on crafting simple cocktails with a complex flavour. His favourite cocktail, The Godfather, embodies this attitude - an elegant yet refined blend of smokey Scotch whiskey and the sweet and slightly bitter notes of amaretto.

With his extensive bartending knowledge, Radi has revamped the entire experience at Rotunda Bar and Lounge. Introducing a rework of the cocktail menu to complement the East meets West experience at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, guests can now indulge in a carefully curated selection of experimental cocktails.

The new menu has been designed to reflect the interior of Rotunda Bar and Lounge and showcase its feng shui elements of earth, water, fire, wood and gold. Each element has its own cocktail dedicated to it, made with unique representative ingredients. For example, the Fire flaunts a subtle but punchy blend of spice and woody undertones served with an oak scented smoke; golden in colour, The Gold is a luxurious and elegant cocktail with mineral tasting notes and garnished with gold leaves.
