Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has welcomed the return of its award-winning gourmet Friday brunch to Manama. The weekly brunch makes a comeback with one-of-a-kind culinary delights from the fan-favourite Arabic, carvery, wok, tandoori, seafood, and sushi dedicated live cooking stations.
Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is a genuine culinary destination of diverse gastronomic experiences, providing the perfect backdrop for spending time with family and friends.
With the return of this craved-for Friday ritual comes an extended buffet featuring new and delectable delicacies such as pinsa Romana, fresh pasta, a variety of Peruvian ceviche dishes, Asian bao buns, and revitalised cheese and dessert selections.
“We are delighted to offer our guests once again an extraordinary Friday Brunch feast,” said Executive Chef Leonardo Di Clemente. As an expert in spicing up local dishes with a Mediterranean approach, Di Clemente further enhances the famous brunch of Bahrain Bay Kitchen by bringing an eclectic range of cuisines from Asia, Europe, and beyond.
One of the new delicacies, pinsa Romana, is a reinterpretation of an ancient Roman recipe. It is crispy with a long levitation and a flavorful dough base garnished with mouthwatering toppings and aged cheese. Guests can also enjoy white and fluffy steamed bao buns with various fillings.
The multisensory seafood station showcases an abundance of shrimp, lobster, mussel displays and fresh oysters, providing a feast for the eyes.
Executive Pastry Chef Imad Boukli has also designed an extensive buffet for guests with a sweet tooth. From traditional signature desserts such as the kunafa to international flavours such as teppanyaki ice cream and a chocolate fountain with an assortment of fruits and marshmallows, Boukli has curated the perfect selection of desserts to satisfy sweet cravings.
Spilling from the Bahrain Bay Kitchen restaurant onto a sunny terrace with lush surroundings, the Friday Brunch is a luxurious, globetrotting experience in a vibrant atmosphere with live music, including jazz, Latin, and pop tunes.
