Samantha Bennett of DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade Darwin has received the Hospitality Rising Star Award for her impressive performance in the hospitality industry at the 2022 Hospitality NT Aristocrat Technologies Awards for Excellence held at the Mindil Beach Casino Resort on 31 May. The award celebrates an employee who has received recognition from the industry, undertaken training courses and is devoted to the sector.
Bennett is the Senior Chef De Partie at DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade Darwin. In 2017, she worked with DoubleTree by Hilton for a year before taking on different roles in hotels and restaurants across Australia. She later returned to DoubleTree in 2021 and has remained with the hotel ever since.
