Cocktail Masterclass at Cordis Auckland

Auckland’s Elemental AKL has returned this month with a fun programme of arts, eats and beats. To celebrate the comeback, Cordis Auckland is hosting an exceptional cocktail masterclass at Our Land is Alive.

Attendees are invited to learn the basics of cocktail creation as well as how to make Cordis’ two most popular cocktails – the Tamaki Sour (a citrus and whiskey-based drink featuring a fluffy egg white topping) and Hauraki Sunrise (a long and refreshing drop with an intense fruit backbone, driven by vodka). Participants will also learn about the bar’s passion for New Zealand products, its methodology, and the process mixologists go through when designing a new cocktail.

The event will also feature a sharing platter that embodies the elemental powers of nature, including leek ash-wrapped fiery smoked Wairarapa lamb rump, thyme-marinated Portobello mushrooms, hot smoked Mt Cook salmon pâté and more.

There is a maximum booking of 10 adults per class. Eight classes are available.
