Eight Restaurant at Cordis, Auckland, is keeping guests warm this Winter with an array of winter comfort food.
Hotel guests and the public alike are invited to indulge in a variety of food that will warm their belly and soul, including slow-cooked beef casserole, pasta of the day with truffle sauce, chicken a’la king, smoked brisket, nice warm crumbles, honey glazed parsnip and roasted brussel sprouts with cranberry and nuts.
A delicious mulled wine will also be available for purchase to complete the dining experience.
Available for lunch and dinner between 27 July and 21 August 2022, Eight will offer a host of delicious dishes, including great vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options, along with hearty favourites to ensure no one leaves hungry.
