Cambria Hotels Expands to Denver

An upscale brand franchised by Choice Hotels International, Cambria Hotels, continues its growth in top markets with the latest groundbreaking of the Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo in the heart of Denver, Colorado, United States.

Slated to open in December 2023, the upcoming seven-story, 153-room property will be the brand's second hotel in Denver, joining Cambria Hotel Denver International Airport. 

Located at 3601 Brighton Boulevard, the Cambria hotel will be in the heart of Denver's River North (RiNo) Arts District, a vibrant neighbourhood adored for its abundant restaurants, breweries, art galleries and music venues. It will also provide easy access to other popular Denver attractions, including the nearby Union Station neighbourhood, the Denver Pro Sports Complex, the central business district and the Colorado Convention Centre.

When it opens, the Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo will feature upscale amenities and approachable indulgences that appeal to modern travellers, including:

  • Multi-purpose indoor and outdoor areas for work or relaxation, including a rooftop space overlooking the mountains
  • Locally-inspired design and décor from Denver and Colorado-based artists, which showcase the unique personality of the community, including a custom exterior mural reflecting Colorado's distinct landscape
  • Modern and sophisticated guestrooms, complete with design-forward fixtures, abundant lighting and plush bedding
  • Immersive, spa-style bathrooms with Bluetooth mirrors
  • Onsite dining, serving freshly made food, local craft beer, wine and specialty cocktails, and to-go options
  • Multi-function meeting and creative event spaces
  • State-of-the-art fitness centre

HighSide Development will develop the Cambria Hotel Denver Downtown RiNo in collaboration with Brinkmann Constructors and architect and interior designer, Baskervill. There are currently 60 Cambria hotels operating across the United States in popular cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale, Napa and Phoenix, with nearly 70 hotels in the pipeline.
