Chefs at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru have created a Chaat Festival menu that showcases one of the most adored snacks from north India between 5 August to 8 September 2022.
Chaat is a family of savoury snacks that originated in India, typically served as an appetiser or street food snack across South Asia in India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
Even a heavy downpour cannot keep the crowds away from a neighbourhood chaat vendor. According to Executive Chef Dirham Haque, they are an emotion and a shared experience best enjoyed with friends and family.
"Such is the draw of this amazing Indian street food, and we have tried to recreate some of that magic here in the Hotel."
