Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is sponsoring the first Chefs for Kids breakfast programme for the 2022-2023 school year. Led by Executive Chef Michael Goodman, his team, and a group of volunteers from across the property, the initiative will provide more than 400 students and staff from Reynaldo Martinez Elementary School with a healthy breakfast to start their day.

Since its launch over three decades ago, Chefs for Kids has supplied Clark County Title I schools with programmes that have fed and educated more than 200,000 children about healthy food options. Every month, a host chef prepares a nutritious breakfast for the entire student body at one of the Chefs for Kids Title I schools, feeding over 10,000 students a healthy meal annually. The schools selected for Cookin’ Up Breakfast also receive 40 minutes of nutrition education each month via a partnership with the University of Nevada, Reno Extension.

“We are honoured to be part of this year’s Chefs for Kids programme to share our love of food as nourishment, a path to social connection, and education,” said Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas Executive Chef Michael Goodman. “Chefs for Kids provides the Las Vegas culinary community an incredible opportunity to not only feed students for a day but to get them excited about food and nutrition for a lifetime.”
