Ennismore’s TRIBE to Debut in Thailand

In partnership with Siamese Asset, Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, has announced the signing of TRIBE Bangkok Sukhumvit 39. Slated to open in the last quarter of 2022 as the first TRIBE hotel in Thailand, the pipeline hotel will offer a new lifestyle experience within the vibrant hospitality scene of the country's capital.

An edited hotel experience with design-driven spaces, TRIBE focuses on delivering guests with everything they need and nothing they don't. TRIBE offers functional, simple, and contemporary areas for modern travellers to stay, work, unwind, sleep and socialise.

Strategically positioned in central Bangkok, TRIBE Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 is surrounded by one of the city's most vibrant and fashionable lifestyle neighbourhoods, offering easy access to the trendiest dining spots, shops, shopping destinations, and the lush Benchakitti Park.

Design-driven with curated experiences at an affordable price, TRIBE Bangkok Sukhumvit 39 will feature 272 rooms and serviced apartments, integrating avant-garde style and comfort with the latest technologies. The serviced apartments are a premier for the brand and are intended for extended stays. Meanwhile, The Social Hub at the hotel's heart will offer a café and flexible work or social interaction spaces. The hotel will also feature an all-day dining restaurant and rooftop bar. TRIBE guests can enjoy additional facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and Onsen.

Established in 2011 by entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha, Ennismore and Accor entered a joint venture in 2021. Uniting Ennismore's know-how in building brands with innovative storytelling, design, and authentic experiences, with Accor's wealth of knowledge in delivering scale, network growth and distribution, a new autonomous entity was born.

Ennismore has already signed 50 pipeline TRIBE hotels and is aiming for rapid expansion with up to 100 properties to open globally within the upcoming five years, including in Phuket, Manila, and Singapore by 2025.
