The New Zealand Government has recently introduced the Self-contained Motor Vehicles Legislation Bill, to reduce the negative impacts of freedom camping.
The Bill contains provision for Regulations which will establish some key details of the proposed Bill. A discussion document outlining possible options for these Regulations is now open for public consultation, to ensure you can see the possible Regulations alongside the Bill.
