Accor has taken home the prestigious Wagestream 'Employer of Choice Award' in hospitality at the 2022 Australian HR Awards by providing teams with growth possibilities, a culture of inclusion, and offering skills development opportunities and open pathways to travel and work around the globe.

The accolade recognises organisations that create a fulfilling and healthy work environment, which means they must be an employer that provides outstanding initiatives such as career paths, suitable learning and advancement opportunities, and appropriately acknowledges a job well done. The winner is also honoured for retaining and attracting team members and providing benefits such as motivation, work-life balance, career opportunities, flexibility and meaningful work, and remuneration.
