Generator has been selected by Aby Rosen's RFR to manage the legendary Paramount Hotel in New York, which joins the brand's current portfolio of 15 properties as the third Generator property in North America, including sites in Miami, Florida and Washington, DC. This agreement marks a milestone for the company as an opportunity to operate its first third-party management agreement, with other deals to be announced.
Taking charge of the next chapter of the historic Paramount Hotel, Generator will oversee an extensive refurbishment that aims to retain the Paramount's essence and character while enhancing the property's 605 guestrooms, public spaces, retail areas, and iconic lobby bar.
