Accor’s EBITDA Guidance Update

For its Services to Owners activity (including sales, marketing, distribution and loyalty), Accor is anticipating a return to breakeven EBITDA in the second half of 2022.

This confirms the Group's strong resilience, particularly due to the accelerated summer activity supported by the full benefit of sales and marketing investments made in the first half of 2022.

Thanks to the positive result of these investments, the strict discipline maintained on cost base, and the robust pace of activity, the Group is revising its 2022 EBITDA guidance upwards. Initially expected at above €550 million, FY22 EBITDA is now revised to be between €610 and €640 million.
