Harbour Society x Hans Herzog Degustation Dinner

Hans Herzog Estate is offering guests the opportunity to indulge in a five-course degustation menu paired with its rare wines at 6:30 pm on 27 October 2022, at NZD$250 per person.

Executive Chef Harbour Society Marty Kindleysides has designed a menu highlighting the fine vintage of the 100 percent handcrafted wines.

Celebrating the launch of the 2019 Merlot, this dinner will showcase some of the Estate's hallmark 'Bordeaux style' wines, including the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc 'Grand Duchesse' and 2016 'Spirit of Marlborough.

Hans Herzog is a true Vigneron and in sole control of the winemaking and viticulture of all 26 different grape varieties within his 11.5-hectare vineyard. Living and breathing his Estate, he only releases the highest quality wines, which are all 100 percent handmade.

Chef Marty Kindleysideas will be at the helm of creating dishes that master the balance of flavour profiles and spice, with a unique local twist on Asian cuisine using fresh local produce.
