Accor has signed a management agreement to introduce a dual-branded hotel in the Ratchathewi neighbourhood in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2025. Part of a vertical mixed-use development also housing offices and retail spaces, Mercure & ibis Bangkok Siam Ratchathewi will further strengthen the Group's midscale and economy portfolio in Southeast Asia.

Strategically situated at the Ratchathewi intersection, the hotel will offer direct access to the Ratchathewi BTS Sky train and excellent connectivity to major roads and expressways. The vibrant neighbourhood has long been attracting leisure and business travellers, locals, students, and expatriates with an array of lifestyle offerings. Many of the capital's most popular shopping complexes are just a few kilometres away, while the Airport Rail Link to Suvarnabhumi International Airport is within walking distance.

The Mercure hotel will comprise 200 rooms matched with the brand's authentic locally-inspired experiences, decorative design, and high-quality services. Meanwhile, the ibis hotel will feature 154 rooms, showcasing a trend-setting and comfortable hotel concept, a spirited atmosphere, and convenient amenities. Shared public areas include a restaurant, lobby bar and lounge, pool bar, swimming pool, gym, Kid's club, and two meeting rooms.
