Located in the heart of Adelaide on Waymouth Street, Peppers Waymouth Adelaide has revealed its stylish new look following its multi-million dollar refurbishment. With new guest offerings within its 17 floors and luxurious guest rooms, the renovation coincides with Adelaide’s City Council’s urban development around the area.
Led by the hotel’s original architect, Paul Pruszinki, PACT Architects, Lucid, and BUILDinc refurbished 202 rooms along with the addition of two new luxury suites and family rooms. The hotel refresh included reopening the restaurant TUTTO Cucina + Bar with an open kitchen and wine cellar. Private dining areas, boardrooms, a guest library lounge, and enhanced conference rooms are located on the same ground level.

Each new guestroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant interior design quintessential to European grandeur, Italian marble bathrooms, bespoke furniture pieces, and quality fittings. The premium rooms have been redesigned to offer an open bathroom plan with a deep bath and walk-in shower.
On level 18, the two new ‘Bentham Suites’ offer a spacious bedroom/bathroom concept with a separate living dining area, workspace, a fireplace, and sweeping views of the city and Adelaide hills. The new Peppers Family Suites feature two separate spaces with king-size beds, a marble bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, a workstation, a dining table, and two flat-screen TVs.
The reimagined restaurant, TUTTO Cucina + Bar, serves traditional and modernised Italian classics, aiming to take diners on a trip down memory lane with signature pasta dishes, redesigned classics, and show-stopping desserts. With the opportunity to sample Italian wines, crafted beers, cocktails, and spirits, the stunning private dining cellar is available for celebrations and corporate events for up to 18 guests.
With up-to-date technology, an indoor swimming pool, and spas and saunas on-site, Peppers Waymouth Adelaide is ready to welcome guests as some of the first to experience the hotel's new look.
