Hilton Sydney’s Zeta Bar has transformed into an inner-city secret garden to showcase a series of gins from around the world. Lush greenery, vibrant florals and relaxed seating with pops of colour create an idyllic escape to enjoy the gin creation of your choice. The three-season concept begins with Monkey 47 Gin.
A special bar menu of carefully curated Monkey 47 Gin cocktails is on offer, comprised of a Black Forest Negroni, Paradise, Turkish Delight and the Garden of Eden. Visitors will also be treated with a happy hour offering Wednesday to Saturday, 5-6pm.
Every Saturday from 12:30pm, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters with ikura and ponzo, crumpets with caviar, potato and egg, along with classic scones with jam and cream as part of Zeta Bar’s high tea offering. The gin-based Turkish Delight, Citron Tea and classic Espresso Martini cocktails are included as part of the 90-minute experience.
Live music completes the experience, DJ’s will be onsite from 5pm until late, Wednesday to Saturday and a live duo will perform in the early afternoon on Saturday for high tea guests to enjoy.
